Tempeh may be the most underrated and underused plant-protein in the average vegan (and non-vegan) diet. It is however, undeniably packed with lots of plant-based protein, 31 grams per cup to be exact. In our books, that makes it worthy of a roundup and a place on your weekly meal plan.
